[Salad Fingers 20th Anniversary Special]

Happy Anniversary! I enjoyed it when the pan became even taller! Crazy to think that Salad Fingers has a 20-year anniversary. I appreciated the addition of various new characters, the much variation in scenery, and the surreal environments. It creates a disturbing yet oddly relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing to see expressive personality and creativity! The animations are very fun, and I like the logo at the top right corner adds a lot to the experience!

@ZaneLittle do you create storyboards for your wasdmovies?

Your sequel is better than your previous installment. You have more detailed characters and very interesting, exciting movement. Your animations show amazing fluidity and a strong sense of detail and creativity, particularly in how dynamic the characters are! Your understanding of sound design and music greatly supports your animations. I am immensely impressed by how many wasdmovies you can create!

I notice that a recurring theme in your work is characters smelling bad, getting eaten, exploding, and yelling! And I think they are all done in a really funny way! I know because it makes me smile!

I do not usually create storyboards. When I do, it's usually because I don't want to forget an idea- kind of like a note to self.

I am always amazed by your skill! Your animations are very funny, and you have good pacing. You transition well from scene to scene, and the expressions you create are strong, full of personality, and rich with emotion. I wonder if you primarily animate straight ahead or if you use a post-to-post approach.

At 02:26, I burst out laughing. It's so shocking when he licks his entire face clean. Actually shows that he's happy about it. That's crazy! I wouldn't want to mess with that guy.

I usually animate straight ahead! I try and feel out the pacing as I go, and all the audio is recorded after the animation is complete. Mostly just because it's easier for me to do it that way on Flipnote.

[Phallic Don Is Dead]

You have such a strong understanding of color. The dimension of the characters and how you control your framing is skillful. A great strength of your animation is the texture and how you lead viewers from scene to scene. The phallic-shaped characters are funny.

@jackimojackimo I'm curious about your inspirations because I feel you must have seen "Superjail!!" with its level of violence and fast, energetic character movement!

What you do impressively well is control the perspective changes, the squiggly, boiling lines add warmth to your vision. There is so much personality and passion in the way you use darks in your scenes, which elevates your narrative. Great sound design and voice acting add to the overall experience.

Oh my god thank you so much. Yes, I absolutely love Superjail! It’s on my “Phallic Don Inspirational Required Viewing” with other stuff like King Star King, Manly, Adventure Time, Ballmastrz 9009 and comics like Prison Pit, Puke Force, and Forming.

An amazing collaboration of music and visuals. The style is impeccably fun with all the colors and pixel art brushes. I really like the references to the gifts; those ancient Internet pixel GIFs are very nostalgic. I remember back in the day when you could install toolbar add-ons and have so many of them. You could fill up the entire browser screen with them if you want it to! You would have these pixel GIFs—I was a big fan of the smileys; there were a lot of smileys doing crazy things! XD

PC desktop and browser customization is so lackluster NOW! I'm happy that it is still an option. For example, being able to customize the mouse cursor—good thing they haven't found a way to get rid of that yet. Stay strong, Internet addicts!

Amazing fluidity in how well-stylized Pico and Nene, Darnell are, with strong shapes that create great silhouettes.

Matches well with the rhythm of the music. I think a great strength is how the background is entirely black, allowing full focus on the characters and their movement. The variation in angles and perspectives makes it very epic. I feel that it gives a very strong impact when the background at the end appears!

Feels so personal and rich with emotion. I love to see personal experiences and honesty about life, especially when it's harsh. I feel that it requires a lot of bravery to be vulnerable and true to oneself. You deserve a great deal of respect, and your song is great with nice lyrics. It almost makes me feel like crying because I'm 23 and already feel disconnected. I don't know how I'm going to feel when I'm 33.

[World of Horror [Launch Trailer]]

The absolute level of skill present in your launch trailer is immensely impressive. It's extremely impressive, and thank you for including a short production video showcasing the storyboard as well as some test animation.

From my perspective, you have well-organized layers, and I am very fascinated by seeing behind-the-scenes material. I think you should be very proud of what you have accomplished. You have a level of dedication and passion that I deeply respect.

I especially enjoy the scenes that have an exaggerated perspective!
